If your inquiry is related to the features of a piece available on our website, we invite you to fill out the contact form. In the “Message” section, briefly describe your questions, and an ARTIKA BOOKS advisor will contact you personally to provide all the information you need.
Can I purchase an ARTIKA BOOKS gift card?
At the moment, we do not offer ARTIKA BOOKS gift cards. We are working to provide this service in the future. In the meantime, our team can help you choose the perfect piece as a gift and arrange shipping to the recipient. Is there a physical store where I can see the works in person?
ARTIKA BOOKS distributes its pieces exclusively through its website and its specialized art advisors. Currently, we do not have a physical store. How can I check if a piece is available?
If a piece is available, you will be able to add it to your shopping cart. If it is out of stock, it will not appear in our online store. You can also contact our customer service team to be notified if it becomes available again.
What warranty do ARTIKA BOOKS pieces have?
The pieces are covered by a two-year legal warranty against non-conformities under the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users. You can find all the details in the *Purchase Conditions* section.
How do I know if an artist’s book is authentic?
All ARTIKA BOOKS pieces include a Notarial Certificate that guarantees their authenticity and the materials used in their handcrafted production.
What should I do if my work arrives damaged or defective?
If your piece arrives in poor condition, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving it. Make sure to provide photos of the damage so we can process a return or refund.
Can I exchange or return a work?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. The pieces must be in their original, undamaged condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, which you can find in our Privacy Policy section.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location. Generally, orders take [X to X business days]. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you a tracking number so you can monitor your order.
